4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious activity, xb999 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process and conduct an investigation.
• If evidence of fraud or a breach of terms is found, a withdrawal may be cancelled entirely.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Fulfilling any tax, duty, or legal obligation is entirely the member's own responsibility. xb999 does not provide legal advice on such matters.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

xb999 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. These offers are subject to specific conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.
• Wagering requirement for the bonus: 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion is applicable only once per member, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 VIP Program

The xb999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on gaming activity and the member's relationship with the platform. xb999 reserves the right to change the conditions of VIP benefits at any time.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on xb999 are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all members:

• All gaming outcomes are determined through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical error or disruption occurs during any game, the relevant round may be cancelled and the wagered amount may be refunded.

• Any attempt to gain unusual winnings by exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs will result in those winnings being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• If any bet remains incomplete due to a network disruption, the information recorded in the xb999 system will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xb999. Violating these prohibitions may result in the permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings:

• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or by providing false information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to operate games.
• Using multiple identities or family members' accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Engaging in harassing or offensive behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or damage the system.

8 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

11.2 Closure or Suspension by xb999

xb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions.

• If it is proven that false or incomplete information was provided.
• Due to legal or regulatory obligations.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions
